All financial transactions on the fb99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). fb99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per transaction.

• Deposits via Visa, Mastercard, and DBBL may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing speed.

• Deposits made by you must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding of fb99 accounts is not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed same-day for amounts under ৳50,000, subject to satisfactory KYC verification being on file.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may require additional identity verification and are processed within 3 business days.
• All withdrawals will be sent exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit of matching or greater value, or to a verified method on file. fb99 will not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• fb99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or fraudulent conduct.

Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation of a bet. Once a bet slip has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked. fb99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was suspended, cancelled, or materially affected by circumstances outside the normal course of play, at fb99's sole discretion.

Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live in-play markets are accepted subject to a short delay for odds validation. fb99 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event has materially concluded — for example, a bet placed on a wicket falling where the wicket had already fallen at the moment of bet placement but was not yet reflected in the live feed.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required KYC verification steps, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (turnover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fb99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any specific game or service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party provider outage, or any force majeure event.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in live odds, event data, or game results provided by third-party data or content suppliers.
• Any losses sustained in connection with bets or gaming sessions conducted during a technical malfunction, where the malfunction is promptly identified and corrected and the affected bets are voided.
